Victor's Cafeteria was established in 1969 on Main Street along the Bayou Teche in New Iberia, Louisiana, and the catalyst that spawned "Five Li'l Cajuns" crawfish, shrimp & crab pies and our homemade pecan pralines. We developed these treats and it's never been the same.
